Kari Krogh

Kari Krogh (she/her), PhD Psychology, Co-Founder of EcoWisdom. Kari has worked as a university professor and a senior research fellow with the Canadian Institutes of Health Research. She now lives on a forest preserve where she is better able to manage the migraine headaches associated her neurologic condition, using mindful nature connection. The EcoWisdom team offers group and individual nature-connection programming as well as a six-month certification training program in Nature and Forest Therapy Guiding. Both the training and the program design taught are inclusive and accessible, enabling participation by people living with disability, chronic illness, caregiving responsibilities or other life circumstances requiring flexibility. In addition to being a certified nature and forest therapy guide, Kari is a nature photographer and a mindfulness meditation teacher.
